Herbert O. Nwachukwu
Mr. Herbert Nwachukwu heads the management team as the Chief Operating Officer. He is a Bachelor of Science Degree holder (B.Sc.) in Insurance with a Second Class Upper and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance both from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. 

He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and also an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM). His experience in the industry started with Nigerian French Insurance Company Limited. Since then, he has worked with the Profound Assurance Co. Ltd. and Piccadilly Insurance Company Ltd. where he headed the Reinsurance and Claims Department. He has also attended various courses on Insurance.

 

 


Clifford A. Aisueni
Mr. Clifford Abieyuwa Aisueni is the Regional Manager, Eastern Region and also heads the Port Harcourt Business Office. He graduated from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology with a B.Sc.(Hons) Second Class Upper Division in Banking and Finance. 

His working experience spanned from the New Nigerian Bank Ltd., Olushola Adekanola & (Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants) and now works with TransGlobal insurance Brokers Ltd. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN)  

 

 
Thompson Bielonwu
Mr. Thompson Chiedu Bielonwuis the regional head,Northern regionand also heads the Abuja business office.He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Benin in 1989 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. He is also an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) and presently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and

Administrators (London). His working experience spans from the law firm of Awolade, Falola & Co. The Lion of Africa Insurance Co., and Whispering Hope Insurance co.

 

Mayowa Agbede(CPA)
Mr. Mayowa Emmanuel Agbede holds a National Higher Diploma  (HND) Upper Credit in Accountancy obtained from the prestigious Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna in 1996. Before joining TransGlobal Insurance Brokers Ltd., where he heads the Accounts and Finance Department, he has gathered working experience in the then Allied Bank of Nigeria Plc., Zaria.


He later joined Banex Industries Ltd., Lagos, where he first worked in the Accounts Department and later the Marketing/Sales Department. He later left there to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) where he worked in Budget & Planning Unit of Group Public Affairs Division (GPAD), a unit of Group Finance & Accounts Department (GFAD). Mr. Agbede has also attended a series of courses and seminars amongst which is the Total Quality Management (TQM) course. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and is presently pursuing his MBA program in Business Administration.

 
Adeniyi Samuel Olatimilehin
Mr. Adeniyi Olatimilehin is the Head, Technical Services Department. He graduated from the Lagos State Polytechnic with a Higher National Diploma (H.N.D) Certificate in Insurance. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). His working experience spanned from Sentinel ASSURANCE Company in 1989, Boff & Company Insurance Brokers and later joined H.Clarkson, Edu & Partners as Underwriting and Claims Officer. From there, he moved to Bael Insurance Brokers as Operations Manager before joining TransGlobal.  

 




Felix Adebayo
Mr. Felix Adebayo is the Branch Head, Kano Business Office. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Insurance from faculty of Business Administration, University of Lagos, Akoka. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and s student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
Before joining TransGlobal, he has acquired a wealth of experience in both Life and Non-life branches of Insurance business having worked long with established companies like Nigerian Life and Pensions Consultants Glanvill  Ethoren & Co., Solid Trust Insurance Brokers Limited.
 

 

Reuben Osaze
 Mr Reuben Osaze is the Branch Head, Benin Business Office.
 He graduated from University of Benin with B.Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural Economics. His experience spans from Niger Insurance Company where he was issued Certificate of Participation and also went for a Management course organised by Amgi Associates Ltd. in 1993 before joining Transglobal Insurance Brokers Ltd.

 

 

Wilson Osim
 Mr. Friday Wilson Osim is the Branch Head, Calabar Business Office. He graduated from University of Calabar with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Hons in Philosophy. He is also an Associate member of Institute of Sales Management (AMISM). He had a good working experience in Insurance. Before joining TransGlobal, he worked with Anchor Insurance Company and Rescue Insurance Company respectively.  

Uduak Akpan
Miss Uduak Akpan is the Branch Executive for the Port Harcourt Business Office. She holds a Higher National Dipolma (HND) in Business Administration and Management from the Federal Polythenic Nekede, Owerri. Before joining TransGlobal, she worked with Gani International Services, Port Harcourt as a Marketing Executive. She has a strong sense of organization and an analytical mind.  


Joyce Momodu-Odiachi
Joyce Momodu-Odiachi is the Technical Officer for the Lagos Office. She holds an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in insurance from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu. She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) Hons in Insurance from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba. She is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and has attended various courses in Insurance.

 


Olubukola Atiba
Olubukola Atiba, a Political Scientist and Administrator, with interest in Insurance, oversees the Admin/Human Resources Unit. A graduate of Ondo State University, Ado-Ekiti, her wealth of experience spans from Multilinks Communications Ltd, where she worked as a Marketing Executive, before joining TransGlobal as a marketer.
She is currently the Head, Admin/Human Resources

 


Uche Cylia Chukwudum
Uche Chukwudum is the marketing and underwriting Executive for Lagos Office. She holds both a National Diploma in Insurance with Upper Credit obtained from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu. She is also a part three student of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).
Her working experience started from Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria where she worked as an Accounts Clerk before joining Nicon Insurance Corporation as a Trainee Officer in 1995. She later left Nicon to join Mutual Life and General Insurance, now Global Assurance as a Marketing and Underwriting Executive before joining TransGlobal.

 



Lee Chui Kian
Lee, our Client Services Group Head, holds a certificate in Computer programming and Data Processing from City and Guilds. Before joining TransGlobal, she has eleven working years experience in Hotel Industry in Singapore.
